Security and Evacuation

Security Evacuation and Medical Repatriation flights. These have involved evacuating passengers and patients from almost all countries in the Middle East (e.g. Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia), Africa (e.g. Cote D'Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone) Europe and former CIS countries.

Our client base is worldwide in nature and includes organisations from Security and Medical Assistance companies, through large commercial organisations to aircraft operators and private individuals.

At all times throughout such flights, we employ discretion. Safety and security, through a low profile are always amongst our key objectives. We believe that our primary objective is to evacuate the patients or passengers from a hostile / emergency environment and transfer them to their final destination in a safe and efficient manner at the earliest possible opportunity in conjunction with our partners.

There are often issues which less experienced aircraft providers often don't consider until it's too late, mainly through lack of experience when operating in these environments.

• Is it safer to transport patients / passengers by helicopter to the airport in order to meet with the evacuation aircraft, rather than by road where they are perhaps more vulnerable?

• Is it more appropriate & cost effective to transport patients & passengers to the nearest major airport in a safe country for onward transportation by scheduled service, instead of directly to Europe or elsewhere?

• Is the aircraft chosen the most suitable for the required purpose? (many charter brokers will endeavour to place clients on to the largest, most expensive aircraft in order to increase their fee level).

• Are you being offered the best aircraft option for your needs or the needs of the broker/aircraft operator?
